Our organic maple cream is made simply by boiling and churning Mount Cabot Maple Syrup into a smooth, buttery spread. There are no added ingredients. Because maple cream is natural product, some separation will occur in the jar. Like natural peanut butter, a little stirring will restore it to its original state. Our maple cream is best stored in the freezer or refrigerator to prevent separating. You’ll find it is a decadent addition to toast, muffins, sliced fruit, or a slice of sharp cheddar cheese.
