The Gravenstein Apple is grown on the coast of Northern California, it's natural crisp sweet flavor combines to create a delicious balsamic vinegar. Especially good on salad greens, fruit salads, fish and chicken. Pairs well with our Garlic, Tuscan Herb, Rosemary, Herbs de Provence and Whole Fruit Lemon EVOOs.
